Liz Gavin is a landscape planner practicing since the year 2000.  She specialises in Environment Court Evidence and landscape assessment.  Liz has worked throughout the South Island, mainly in Queenstown and the Nelson Marlborough region.  She has experience in large scale landscape studies as well as Greenfield zone developments such as Jacks Point, Mount Cardrona Station and Shotover Park where she worked both as a landscape advisor to the Council and for Clients.  Liz also prepares landscape assessments for development including smaller subdivisions and residential houses and is familiar with the Coastal Policy Statement, having provided assessments in the Marlborough Sounds and other coastal areas.  Liz is currently a member of Nelson City Council and Tasman District Council’s Urban Design Panel.
